Strategic Advocacy Leadership Team
We believe young Baptist women are passionate and motivated to make a difference in their communities. We want to equip and empower them to live out their calling to be salt and light in the world.
SALT is designed to provide a sisterhood of like-minded women who are called to serve their communities by creating and implementing solutions to real needs.
Through our cohort approach, we will provide a mentor and an expert in whatever challenge you choose. By working with a team, each woman can also learn from her fellow SALT advocates as successes and challenges are shared. The women who are chosen to be a part of SALT will also have prayer support and some seed money to help start the project.
Our goal with SALT is not just to create projects but to spark movements. Each woman in our program will have the opportunity to form her own local mobilized team, drawing from her church, school, neighborhood, or personal friends. The cohort process may last two years, but we believe the impact of each project will continue to grow for years to come.
